DESCRIPTION:Get ready for the 5th-annual Shifty Drift on Saturday\, April 5\, 2025! Join Hilltop Ski Area and the Trek Bicycle Store of Anchorage for a unique and challenging downhill fat bike race.\n\nSign up here: https://trekstorealaska.redpodium.com/2025-shifty-drift\n\nSimilar to snowboard cross\, each racer competes against three other riders on a downhill course featuring dual-panel ski racing gates\, jumps\, and berms. Each racer will get four timed runs. Men’s and women’s standings will be determined by the lowest combined times. The course at Hilltop will be relatively short and shouldn’t take more than 60 seconds to complete. Tires must be at least 3.8” wide to compete.

Racers leave the start line at 30 second intervals and drafting is not allowed. \n\nNo onsite registration so please sign up online. \n\nRegistration closes at 9am on race day.\n\nCheck in and bib pick up are between 10:30-11:30am. A start list will be generated with each racers start time at the check in table.\n\nWe always need volunteers! This race requires a minimum of 5 to host the race so please help lock in those helpers!
