SUMMARY:Weekly Taco Tuesdays (or pizza) Road Ride
DESCRIPTION:Summer is here\, and that means it’s time to saddle up and hit the pavement! \nIntroducing the Anchorage weekly road rides — a no-drop\, all-fun\, Tuesday night social ride rolling through Anchorage every week 🚲. The goal for this ride is to introduce a re-occurring weekly road bike ride in Anchorage. Something that roadies can rely on every week to take <a href="http://place. \nNo” target=”_blank” title=”place. \nNo”>place. \nNo drop means no one gets left behind. Unless you show up on a fat bike. (Just kidding\, but try to keep up) We will be riding peloton-style\, 2-riders side-by-side throughout. Details are below: \n🗓 Repeats every Tuesday at 630 PM throughout the summer \n📍 Starting point is at the Bartlett Parking lot in Anchorage\, AK \n☀️ Rain or shine – we’re riding just to keep it consistent \n🚴‍♂️ Road bikes or gravel bikes recommended for pacing <a href="http://purposes. \nMeet” target=”_blank” title=”purposes. \nMeet”>purposes. \nMeet at 6:30 PM at Bartlett Student Parking lot: 1101 Golden Bear Dr\, Anchorage\, AK 99504 (<a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/Xm2YhVCWeZGhKYoX8) \nGeneral” target=”_blank” title=”https://maps.app.goo.gl/Xm2YhVCWeZGhKYoX8) \nGeneral”>https://maps.app.goo.gl/Xm2YhVCWeZGhKYoX8) \nGeneral route is: Bartlett parking lott –> Glenn hwy bike path –> VFW drive –> Old Glenn hwy (Eagle River) –> tacos or pizza \nSee you Tuesday!

SUMMARY:Wheelies\, Bunnyhops & Nose Pivots Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Low-speed technical maneuvers are fun\, challenging\, and super useful! In this clinic we look at a variety of ‘trail tricks’ depending on the interest and ability level of the group but can include: wheelies\, manuals\, bunnyhops\, nose pivots\, <a href="http://roll-downs. \nAs” target=”_blank” title=”roll-downs. \nAs”>roll-downs. \nAs well as being fun\, these moves help us improve our overall riding skills by developing stability\, balance\, and braking skills. They also help on tricky technical trails\, e.g. nose pivots to get through tight switchback turns\, or wheelies to get the front wheel over roots during a technical <a href="http://climb. \nhttps://anchoragemountainbikeacademy.com/clinics/wheelie \nAnchorage” target=”_blank” title=”climb. \nhttps://anchoragemountainbikeacademy.com/clinics/wheelie \nAnchorage”>climb. \nhttps://anchoragemountainbikeacademy.com/clinics/wheelie \nAnchorage Mountain Bike Academy provides premium mountain bike coaching from the most highly certified coaches in <a href="http://Alaska. \n” target=”_blank” title=”Alaska. \n“>Alaska.

SUMMARY:Great American Trainwreck on the Patio
DESCRIPTION:Music on the patio kicks off with Great American Trainwreck\, a high energy Americana band with bluegrass influences. Their original music ranges from classic foot-stompers to southern rock bangers. Melodic riffs\, thoughtful arrangements and heavenly harmonies define their progressive approach to traditional genres. With influences ranging from Alison Krauss & Union Station to Blackberry Smoke\, the band formed when friends and former bandmates got together to share their love for rootsy Americana and evolved into a sound uniquely their own. The band has released three full-length studio albums and will be touring https://www.hilltopskiarea.org/events/music-on-the-patio-great-american-trainwreck
