The Fireweed – Racing Across Alaska

Join us for the prettiest road ride in Alaska! The Fireweed will be running a 200 mile bicycle race from Sheep Mountain Lodge to Valdez on July 13th, 2024. Options include solo riding, as well as teams: 2 person, 4 person, and open (bring the party people!).
The Fireweed has been a proud supporter of youth athletics across the state of Alaska since its very inception. Supporting youth in cycling is central to our mission of encouraging a lifelong passion for biking, and we are committed to fundraising for youth programs by providing a great distance racing opportunity.
